Our Extra-Wide Rope Hammock and Steel Arc Hammock Stand Combo includes everything you'll need to kick back and relax!

The Extra-Wide Rope Hammock is a full 5 feet wide, and roughly 13½-14 feet long, making this ample hammock perfect for piling the gang all in during the cool-down hours at the end of the day. Every hammock is hand-woven in your choice of two synthetic-rope styles, soft-spun polyester or DuraCord®, and features kiln-dried Southern white oak spreader bars that have been repeatedly hand-dipped in marine-grade spar varnish. Both rope styles are made for prolonged weather exposure that are resistant to rot, mold and mildew that have a softness to rival cotton. DuraCord® also has the added distinction of being exceptionally resistant to abrasion, staining and fading — in fact, there's no more colorfast rope on the market today.

The Steel Arc Hammock Stand has soft contours and gentle arching that adds class to relaxation. It's constructed from 2 in. diameter, 12 gauge heavy duty steel that is powder coated for weather resitance and finished with durable vinyl caps to protect the pole ends from rust. The critical elbow joint is made using a newly developed steel plate system and welded plate that has been rigorously tested. This stand has been found to be the strongest and safetest available with a weight capacity of 450 pounds.

Hanging chains and hardware are galvanized steel, for added support and superior rust protection.

Despite the advanced weatherability of a Nags Head Hammock, we do always recommend storing it in an enclosed dry place away from harsh chemicals and foraging wildlife during prolonged bad weather and other protracted periods when it's going unused, to ensure its longest possible life.

Note: Your own rope hammock may at first appear slightly shorter than the advertised length, but will reach its full length after its ropes naturally stretch through initial use.
